Raymond J. Guttroff has joined commercial real estate (CRE) lender Hunt Mortgage Group as managing director in the company's New York office.
In this position, Guttroff will focus on loan production and the company's proprietary loan products. He will report to Bill Hyman, Hunt Mortgage's senior managing director and chief production officer for CRE.
Guttroff, who has more than 15 years of CRE experience, previously served as a director at Barclays. Prior to that, he held a number of roles at financial and real estate institutions, including Deutsche Bank Securities, Greystone & Co., Nomura Securities and UBS Warburg.
