Real estate technology consulting firm rel-e-vant Solutions recently announced that Elizabeth Green, principal consultant at the company, has been elected to the position of vice chairman of the Mortgage Industry Standards Maintenance Organization's (MISMO) Residential Standards Governance Committee for 2014.
Green will be serving with newly elected chairman Randall Gilster, senior vice president, business capability development, at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage.
Green has been actively involved in MISMO since 2009, serving as the chairperson of both the Property and Valuation Services Industry Workgroup and the Unique Property Identification Development Workgroup. She has served on the Residential Governance Committee for one year as the communications sub-committee chair.
‘I am honored to accept this role,’ Green says in a release. ‘The MISMO organization is entering a new phase as the industry is rallying for data standards to meet the needs of the heightened regulatory environment.
