San Francisco-based Bay Equity, a wholesale and retail mortgage banker, has gone live with Loan-Score Decisioning System's integrated decsioning solution and customer-facing Web portals to support its pricing and underwriting accuracy, quality control and customer service.
The solution integrates with Bay Equity's back-office loan origination system, Del Mar DataTrac, to pass data back and forth between the point-of-sale and the back office. The integration is seamless and allows for ease of communication, full population of the 1003, lock requests, real-time loan status and conditions management between sales staff, underwriters and processors, the company says.
