Brown & Brown Inc. says one of its wholly owned subsidiaries has entered into an agreement to acquire substantially all of the assets of Industry Consulting Group Inc. (ICG), which provides property tax services to the mortgage industry.
Brown & Brown says ICG's principal and president, Matthew Warmuth, and his team will continue to serve their clients from their Dallas and Wichita Falls, Texas, locations under the ICG name. ICG handles functions such as tax reporting and payments, as well as valuation and assessment appeals.
