Phoenix-based CCG Catalyst is offering contract negotiation services for financial institutions that are exploring vendor relationships with loan origination systems (LOS), servicing and online banking providers.
The company says its contract negotiation service ensures financial institutions obtain the most favorable, deals available at the best possible terms. The service helps to assess if an organization has gone too far with concession requests, which can lead to a vendor no longer viewing the business as profitable, CCG Catalyst says.
The company assists institutions by reviewing all of the legal language of the contract, including terms and conditions, service-level agreements and pricing matrices. CCG Catalyst then works with the institution to determine objectives of the vendor relationship, provide recommendations and guide the institution through the negotiation process.
"We take into account what technologies our clients' competitors are using and conduct negotiations based on budget and the [return on investment] provided by a vendor," says Paul Schaus, president of CCG Catalyst.
