The company's approach to vendor evaluation minimizes management distraction, reduces the time to decision, creates buy-in among the stakeholders within the financial institution and satisfies due diligence requirements, CCG Catalyst says.
‘There are potentially several vendors that could provide services required by any given financial institution, but many institutions have difficulty in selecting the best vendor for their specific needs due to incomplete selection criteria and an inability to distinguish fact from fiction regarding vendors' stated capabilities," says Paul Schaus, president of CCG Catalyst.
