The CPFB adds that it is looking for board members with ‘diverse perspectives and innovative ideas.’ The bureau adds that nominees ‘may have a background in one or more of the following areas: consumer protection, financial services, fair lending, civil rights, consumer financial products and services, or community development.’

Nominations are due by March 30 and can be submitted via the CFPB website.
