DartAppraisal.com, a Troy, Mich.-based valuations provider, and FNC Inc., a collateral information technology provider, have integrated their technologies.
The companies say the collaboration will create a secure, bidirectional communication link for required data. The direct interface allows DartAppraisal.com to receive appraisal requests from an FNC Collateral Management System client, fulfill the order and deliver the completed appraisal back to the client via FNC's AppraisalPort.
The partnership eliminates the need for DartAppraisal.com to use the Web interface and manually retrieve and deliver FNC client orders and products, streamlining the appraisal process, the companies say.
