Irvine, Calif.-based NuView Financial Services, a component service provider that specializes in borrower outreach, loss mitigation and short sales, has retained Gilmore Consulting Group LLC to manage partnership initiatives that include community and government relations.
The collaboration aims to expand the role of counseling agencies, real estate agents and other stakeholders devoted to preserving communities, NuView says. Gilmore Consulting Group is owned by Larry Gilmore, former president and CEO of Hope LoanPort, the public utility used by nonprofit counseling agencies.
NuView says the partnership is part of its strategy to develop new servicing best practices in areas such as quality right party contact, single point of contact, sustainable loan modification solutions and real estate owned disposition.
Key initiatives will include supporting and promoting the compensation of counseling agencies and the delivery of actionable files; expanding the role counselors play in streamlining the liquidation process; and assisting real estate agents by streamlining the short sale submission process.
