Door-Knock Company Implements FDCPA-Compliant Training

Nationwide Management Services Inc., a Maricopa, Ariz.-based provider of in-person outreach loss mitigation services, has implemented its Field Agent Certification (FAC), which features a Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA)-compliant training program.

The FAC training program is required for all field agents who want to be on Nationwide's field agent inspections network.

Nationwide has teamed with PartnerFirst University, a third-party learning management services and content provider, to create the FDCPA-compliant training as it relates to inspection and homeowner outreach activities and administer the training program.
