DRI Management Systems Inc., a Newport Beach, Calif.-based provider of default process management software, has announced its new Service Ordering Platform (SOP).
Incorporated into the DRI Office platform, the SOP enables servicers to automatically execute their orders for services, manage incoming information from providers, and tap a growing list of in-network vendors, DRI says. According to the company, the ordering process eliminates manual errors and non-reimbursable duplications, as well as tracks orders.
The company's chief operating officer, Fred Melgaard, says DRI is adding vendors to its network of participating service providers. Early SOP integrations include Epiq Systems' AACER (bankruptcy creditor solutions), CoreLogic (automated valuations), CoreLogic Credco (verification services and credit reports), Equi-Trax (property valuations), NetDirector (legal work), SWBC (insurance coverage) and others.
