Southfield, Mich.-based GCC Servicing Systems has incorporated additional workflow functionality into its web-based G/SERV loan servicing platform.
The system's new capabilities enable servicers to assign tasks and communications to individual users within G/SERV, GCC says. Users can view tasks they are responsible for, as well as read and respond to messages. By clicking on the assigned task, users are taken directly to the appropriate module within G/SERV to complete the required action, the company explains.
The new functionality helps servicers comply with single-point-of-contact mandates, GCC adds.
