Harland Financial Solutions, a provider of mortgage technology, has acquired Memphis, Tenn.-based uMonitor. Harland will immediately begin integrating uMonitor's solutions into its existing core, lending, mortgage, branch automation, Internet and mobile banking offerings. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
uMonitor provides services relating to new account opening and funding, account-to-account money transfers, person-to-person payments, account and adviser-client relationship management, and bill presentment and payment.
