The new clients have engaged IMS for borrower outreach and real estate owned (REO) management services.

IMS says its technology delivers scalability for its clients and real-time updates with electronic documents accessible via IMS' Web site. Improving speed and accuracy in the loss mitigation process enables servicers to better assist distressed borrowers and boost their revenue.
