PCV Murcor, a national real estate valuation company, has been awarded a new two-year appraisal services agreement by the Los Angeles Housing Authority.
PCV Murcor was approved to begin providing the city with appraisals for residential and commercial properties that are being considered for Los Angeles' low-income housing program.
‘We believe the collaboration between Los Angeles and PCV Murcor will help ensure the city negotiates cost-effective agreements with lenders, while simultaneously helping reduce the local inventory surplus," says Keith D. Murray, president and CEO of PCV Murcor.
PCV Murcor has also submitted appraisal service bids for proposal requests released by the Los Angeles Port Authority. A decision on that proposal is expected in the near future.
