The Federal Reserve's Aug. 12 public hearing in Chicago on modernizing the regulations that implement the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) will be available for live viewing on the Internet.
The hearing, which will be held from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. CDT at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, can be viewed online. Captioning will also be available online, and a transcript and audio recording will be posted afterward on the Federal Reserve's website.
This is the third of four public hearings, jointly sponsored by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp., the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, and the Office of Thrift Supervision.
