National Creditors Connection Inc. (NCCI) has announced a strategic alliance with BRES Advisors, which will give NCCI clients access to BRES Advisors' real estate owned (REO) portfolio disposition service.
BRES Advisors' REOlytics tool combines analytics, data and client assumptions to produce an REO's net present value, which lenders can use to validate decisions or justify decisions to investors.
"Our collaboration with BRES will provide lenders the tool they need to determine the best cashflow strategy when dealing with REOs or a mortgage portfolio with varied scenarios and volatility," says Joe Weber, NCCI's sales director.
