New Servicers Added To The HAMP Mix

The Treasury has capped Litton Loan Servicing's Home Affordable Modification Program (HAMP) incentive cap at $774.9 million, according to a transaction report dated Aug. 14. Litton had previously announced its admission into HAMP but did not disclose any information regarding the federal incentives.

Litton's HAMP contract was formalized Aug. 12. Also joining the administration's foreclosure prevention plan are PennyMac Loan Services LLC (Calabasas, Calif.; $6.2 million) and Servis One Inc. (Titusville, Pa.; $29.73 million).
