Rekon Technologies, a provider of lien release, assignment processing and document preparation software for mortgage servicers, says it has installed the latest edition of its software for an undisclosed ‘top three lender.’
In its first full month with the updated software, the lender, which Rekon describes as having used the company's software since 1997, completed more than 125,000 assignments, Rekon says.
