Risk Integrated, a consulting and technology firm focused on risk management for specialized finance, has added new functionality to its Specialized Finance System (SFS).
Previously, the SFS gathered detailed portfolio information to feed comprehensive risk models. The functionality has now been extended to allow clients to generate detailed, sophisticated portfolio reports for senior management, board members and those who represent the bank to investors.
The SFS delivers the most detailed risk analytics for commercial real estate lending available today, the company says. SFS consolidates data across systems, business units and geographies to give standardized deal reports and comprehensive portfolio reports built from the ground up.
