Safeguard Properties, based in Valley View, Ohio, is now offering a free online series of educational videos that describe the field service business.
According to the company, the new Safeguard Properties Institute is designed to address its clients' need to provide their employees with an overview of the mortgage field servicing industry. The launch consists of six online courses – an overview of Safeguard, inspections, property preservation, real estate owned property, hazard claims, and yard maintenance. Each course is approximately 10 minutes in length, and more courses will be added on a quarterly basis.
‘Our clients told us this would be a helpful thing to have and we responded,’ says Alan Jaffa, CEO of Safeguard, who adds that the courses have been in development for six months.
Registration for the Safeguard Properties Institute will be available to mortgage loan servicers online.
