Mortgage technology provider SharperLending LLC has released an automated Uniform Collateral Data Portal (UCDP) solution for its Appraisal Firewall platform. The enhancement gives the platform a direct interface to the UCDP, providing lenders the opportunity to submit to the UCDP from within their familiar appraisal technology.
The Appraisal Firewall UCDP solution includes direct UCDP submissions, Uniform Appraisal Dataset checks for errors prior to submission, and PDF-to-XML appraisal file conversions.
