To Obama: Talk Up NFIP Reform To Obama: Talk Up NFIP Reform, a national coalition that advocates environmentally and fiscally responsible public safety measures, is urging President Obama to use his upcoming State of the Union address to urge Congress to take meaningful reform of the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP).
