Titleserv National Default Offers Services To Non-English-Speaking Borrowers

Titleserv National Default Services, a division of Titleserv National, has formed a new division offering loss mitigation services to Spanish and other non-English-speaking borrowers.

Eli Acosta of Bay Shore, N.Y. – formerly of CardWorks Servicing, a provider of credit card support and servicing, including collections – has been chosen to lead the newly formed team operating out of the headquarters in Woodbury, N.Y.

‘While we've been successful reaching borrowers to discuss loss mitigation options on behalf of our clients, we recognized that those whose primary language is Spanish or other languages have more difficulty addressing their hardship situations with lenders and servicers,’ says Titleserv National Default Services Director of Operations Richard Fikani.
