In a round of personnel changes resulting from its recent acquisition of the collateral solutions and field services divisions of CoreLogic, Mortgage Contracting Services (MCS) has announced that Kimberly Drake-Loy, formerly with CoreLogic, has been named general counsel and chief compliance officer for MCS Valuations (MCSV), a nationwide provider of appraisals, broker price opinions and other valuation-related review products.

Drake-Loy had been with CoreLogic since 2009. In her new role, she will be responsible for MCSV's quality control and quality assurance process, as well as legal initiatives. She will be based in the company's Plano, Texas, headquarters.

In addition, Marc Hinkle, senior vice president, will now provide executive oversight of MCSV. His servicing experience and focus on quality and vendor management make him uniquely qualified to lead this group.

Also, Katie Parkey, currently a vice president at MCSV, will expand her role to include business development, client relations, client on-boarding and industry relations. Parkey joined MCSV in September. She had previously been with CoreLogic since 2007.

Finally, Ryan Sedgwick has been promoted to vice president of operations from director of business operations. Sedgwick is an experienced operations leader and had been with CoreLogic since 2005.

MCS announced in September that it was acquiring the collateral solutions and field services units of CoreLogic. At the time, Caroline Reaves, CEO of MCS, said the acquisition ‘will expand our presence across multiple service lines within default servicing and move us beyond the default segment through being able to offer our clients the opportunity to call on MCS for valuations, appraisals and BPOs, as well as field services.’
