Accurate Group, a provider of real estate appraisal, title and compliance services, has come out with a new e-notary service, NotaryWorks, which allows borrowers to either complete notarizations online or request a mobile notary to carry out a traditional, in-home notarization.
The mobile notary option is for borrowers who prefer a more traditional approach, the company says in a press release. All notaries are certified and pre-screened by Accurate Group.
NotaryWorks is compliant with the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act and the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act. It can be combined with the Accurate Group’s e-sign solution to deliver a complete e-closing experience.
