AllRegs, an information provider for the mortgage lending industry, and Sollen Technologies, an Internet-based application services provider of product, pricing and best execution capabilities for the mortgage banking sector, have combined resources to provide an integrated solution for loan officers.
The AllRegs LoanLibrary product, which features 2,600 products and 60 investors, will now be available to all users of Lender Online, Sollen's proprietary product and pricing Web portal. The data from the AllRegs application will be integrated into Lender Online via a Web service that allows users to stay within the Sollen system and still access updated investor guidelines. This new integrated product will be an optional feature available to all Sollen customers.
