Amcat, an Oklahoma City-based provider of customer interaction solutions, has introduced a new product that combines CRMnow's Mortgage iQ system with Amcat's Contact Center Suite, a customer contact system.
According to the company, the Amcat outbound capability uses records selected from the Mortgage iQ CRM to create highly targeted customer contact campaigns and automatically connect live calls with representatives.
Additionally, the agent scripting package guides representatives through the loan qualifying process, and representatives can capture an unlimited amount of qualification data. When calls come in, representatives can access CRM data, perform lookups and add data directly to the CRM system
