Peoria, Ill.-headquartered American Mortgage Lending Inc. has been recognized as a Million Dollar Lender by the U.S. Department of Agriculture's (USDA) Rural Development program.
American Mortgage Lending says it has generated over $2 million in guaranteed loans – assisting Rural Development in serving 24 families. The loan offers a 30-year term with no down payment, no monthly private mortgage insurance, no limit on seller contributions, competitive fixed market interest rates and no maximum purchase price (limited only to qualifying ratios).
