Simplifile, a provider of real estate document collaboration and recording technologies for lenders, settlement agents and counties, has added 46 new recording jurisdictions located in 13 states to its e-recording network.
“E-recording continues to gain traction for the efficiencies, cost savings and convenience it delivers to recording jurisdictions nationwide, and to this day, it is one of the most widely-adopted digital processes in the real estate supply chain,” says Paul Clifford, president of Simplifile, in a statement. “Last year, Simplifile achieved a significant milestone, having deployed our e-recording platform in 50 percent of all U.S. recording jurisdictions, and in 2019, we look forward to helping the remaining 50 percent realize the tremendous benefits e-recording provides.”
