The law office of David P. Modell, based in Bethesda, Md., has signed up with TitleConnect, a strategic alliance and partnership platform for title agents.
The partnership will offer title insurance and settlement services throughout northern Virginia, the District of Columbia and Maryland.
In a release, Modell says although the partnership will afford clients access to a deeper pool of resources, the firm itself will remain small by design.
‘There is no such thing as a small real estate transaction,’ Modell says. ‘For most people, $100,000 is a very big deal, and it is to us, as well. Our business will maintain its focus on personalized, high-level service. We will also continue to take the time to answer questions, educate our clients and advocate their interests to the utmost of our abilities.’
TitleConnect continues to grow as one of the largest title platforms in the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area. With 19 offices throughout Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C., the members of the alliance plan to better service their clients by utilizing any closing location within the TitleConnect network.
Additionally, the collaboration offers the opportunity to provide other streamlined services for both residential and commercial transactions. The focus remains superior levels of customer service and the delivery of title expertise to real estate agents, lenders, builders, developers and consumers.
