Green Bay, Wis.-based Associated Banc-Corp has expanded its commercial real estate (CRE) services to the Detroit area. The new operation will be based in Birmingham, Mich.

Associated has named Don Heath and Kathy Bozek to head the new office. Heath, who holds the title of senior vice president and team leader, joins Associated from Bank of America, where he was a senior vice president and market executive responsible for Michigan-based CRE business development.
Bozek, who holds the title of CRE relationship manager, also joins Associated from Bank of America, where she most recently held the role of senior vice president and senior debt products officer. She will be responsible for generating new loans and developing client relationships in the market.
