Mortgage technology provider assure360 has been acquired by investment group ARMA Acquisition. In addition, assure360 is expanding its service offerings to law firms and mortgage servicers nationwide.
‘We appreciate the fact that legal firms supporting the mortgage industry are facing unprecedented challenges in serving a contracting marketplace rippled with increasing regulatory costs and complexities,’ says Scott Brinkley, CEO of assure360, in a release.
‘Our clients are searching for methods to convert fixed costs to variable costs and to identify partners that enhance their ability to serve their clients in a compliant and sustainable manner,’ Brinkley adds.
Assure360 will continue to provide customizable information and case management systems; secure infrastructure services including hosting and data protection, storage and backup; and complete technology support services to the mortgage industry. Newly expanded service offerings will include mortgage insurance claims processing, legal and mortgage business process outsourcing services, and technology and document management for litigation law firms.
‘I couldn't be more pleased to be part of the re-introduction of assure360 to the marketplace,’ says Adam Hansen, chief operating officer and chief information officer for the company. ‘Our product mix is uniquely suited to satisfy the needs of law firms as they navigate the perfect storm of increasing demands associated with regulatory compliance requirements.
‘ProMatters is one of the few modern, commercially available case management systems in the default servicing industry,’ Hansen adds.’Our ability to couple innovative software solutions with a myriad of other services, including full IT outsource offerings, not only distinguishes us from our competitors but represents an opportunity to increase our clients' profitability.’
The release does not provide additional details regarding the company's recent acquisition.
