Pittsburgh-based AtClose LLC, a full-service mortgage consulting and business process outsourcing company, has integrated with Visionet’s optical character recognition-based Visi Loan Review (VLR) technology to provide customers with improved document management.
This integration allows customers to pull data from title search documents, such as deeds, mortgages, liens and judgments, to automate data entry for various additional title products, the company says. It also captures the necessary information for legal descriptions, recording information and other data needed for title reports.
Further, the company says, combining with the VLR technology enables customers to optimize their title production processes and improve efficiency.
