Shannon Cobb has joined American Tax & Property Reporting Inc. (ATPR), a provider of technology solutions for the real estate and settlement services industry, as executive vice president.
Cobb has more than 20 years of experience in the title and settlement services industry. Previously he served as senior vice president with WFG Lender Services and group senior vice president with LandAmerica Financial Group. He has also held leadership roles at Citigroup and General American Corp.
In a release, Datta hinted that SmartProp – a product of SLK Global – is only the beginning of ATPR's intended growth.
‘We are working on several additional products we believe lenders, settlement services and other real estate related firms will find interesting and valuable,’ he says.
