Philadelphia-headquartered national law firm Ballard Spahr Andrews & Ingersoll LLP has created a subprime lending team. The group will provide legal support and guidance to clients regarding the litigation, government action and business problems that have spawned from the financial crisis in the subprime market.
The firm says its subprime lending team is a multi-disciplinary group comprising attorneys in a wide range of practice areas, such as consumer finance, real estate, investment management, bankruptcy, securitization and white-collar litigation practices.
