Bank of America Installs eMASON Clarifire Application

Bank of America Consumer Lending, a division of Bank of America, has automated its workflow processes and communications with vendors by installing the Clarifire application from Clearwater, Fla.-based software company eMASON. According to eMASON, switching to the Clarifire application has reduced paper, phone calls and emails by more than 90%; increased end-to-end process efficiency; and realized a 25% reduction in the cost of business for Bank of America Consumer Lending.

The application provides a one-stop view of all work in a unique Web-based dashboard – allowing business users can easily change workflow and automate communications. Processes that do not require human touch are moved through the workflow automatically, while exceptions trigger events allow Bank of America to intervene.
