Bay Equity Home Loans, a Sausalito, Calif.-based full-service retail mortgage lending institution, has added industry veteran Todd Struyk as a loan officer in San Diego.
According to the company, Struyk previously worked as a loan officer for Cal Pacific, a business that is now a division of Bay Equity.
Struyk has been involved in the San Diego housing industry for more than 20 years. He was a real estate agent for six years before turning to loan origination, serving the last seven years in executive roles.
