BlackFin Group Adds Industry Veteran Christopher Call as Principal Consultant

Christopher Call has joined BlackFin Group, a management consulting firm serving the banking and mortgage industries, as principal consultant to run the firm’s professional services team.

Call is a 30-year veteran of the mortgage, mortgage technology, and financial services industry. He has been recognized and applauded nationwide by both lenders and top tier technology vendors for his relentless commitment to helping them successfully navigate the biggest challenges of day-to-day technology implementations and utilization, BlackFin says in a release.

Previously, Call has served in similar roles while at Mortgage Cadence, Source Point Mortgage Solutions, and Argent Mortgage.

He has been certified in QA Testing and perfectly aligns with BlackFin’s culture and it’s highly sought after testing services.

In his new role, Call will lead the growing professional services team at BlackFin which focuses on assisting lenders and mortgage technology vendors with the implementation of new systems, quality assurance testing, requirements gathering training, change management, configurations, system administration, integrations, and custom development work.
