Mortgage technology firm Blue Sage Solutions has launched a new AI Sales Agent that is natively integrated in the Blue Sage Digital Lending Platform.
The new voice- and text-enabled assistant is designed to streamline LO workflows and elevate borrower engagement, the firm says in a release.
The AI agent uses natural language to create contacts, retrieve loan information, run borrower scenarios and send emails instantly without using standard screens, menus, and entering data into fields.
It delivers real-time voice recognition and intent resolution, optimized to understand various accents and dialects and a more natural, human-like conversation flow—even across multi-step interactions.
It also offers advanced speech synthesis, with improved tone and phrasing to improve user trust and engagement.
Additionally the AI Sales Agent delivers streamlined AI training workflows, enabling rapid iteration and seamless integration with enterprise systems via Blue Sage’s scalable API and low-code tools.
