BMC Capital LP will open two new offices in in San Antonio and Scottsdale, Ariz., for Small Business Administration, multifamily, and commercial loan production. BMC Capital provides commercial loans in the $500,000 to $5 million range.
BMC Capital's San Antonio office will be headed by John Park, and the Scottsdale office will be led by Patrick Hatten
This expansion enables BMC to extend its lead in the small-scale, multifamily and commercial mortgage sectors. In addition to adding to its revenue base, the opening also provides BMC with several new proprietary relationships.
