Calyx Software, a provider of loan origination and processing software, has formed an agreement with Greg Frost, a top-producing loan originator who actively teaches and mentors successful loan professionals, to integrate marketing templates into Calyx's Point loan origination software.
Calyx users can now generate and maintain their customer pipeline information and increase loan volume by utilizing Frost's cross-selling and client-retention marketing solutions, the company says.
Included in the limited-time, free offering are nine marketing templates created by Frost that contain customized adjustable-rate mortgage conversion letters, birthday cards, referral letters, tax preparation and after-closing notices available for borrowers, real estate agents, reverse mortgage borrowers, listing and selling agents.
Each template corresponds to a report to ensure that names from a user's customer database are accurate. The free upload package is accessible through Calyx Software's support Web site at www.calyxsupport.com for versions 6.0 and above, where the files are automatically uploaded into Point upon activating the download link.
