Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. has expanded its U.S. equity research sector coverage with the hiring of a dedicated real estate investment trust (REIT) research team, including Managing Directors David Toti and Sri Nagarajan, and Vice Presidents Evan Smith and Gaurav Mehta, all formerly with FBR Capital Markets & Co.Â
According to the company, the new REIT sector coverage will broaden the scope of Cantor Fitzgerald's equity research platform.
