CASE Commercial Real Estate Partners, based in Dallas, has announced a joint venture with Minneapolis-based Amicus Partners, an advisory and business development practice, to launch Data Center Advisory Services, which will provide the commercial real estate industry with advice on technical, regulatory and compliance-related issues, site selection, development and design, landlord representation, management, tenant representation and project investment opportunities.
According to the companies, the new endeavor will provide input on subjects including compliance requirements, migration planning, virtualization initiatives, aging facilities and their maintenance needs and equipment refresh cycles. It will also offer assistance with reviewing service level agreements and master service agreements.
‘We recognize the growing demands within the data center industry, and rather than take sales professionals and convert them into data center experts, we thought we could create a much more powerful initiative by partnering with a team of data center insiders like Amicus who know the technology and requirements inside and out,’ says Tom Sutherland, principal at CASE. ‘We are extremely excited to offer this unparalleled level of expertise to the industry.’
