Castle & Cooke Mortgage, a Salt Lake City-based independent mortgage lender with over 40 U.S. locations, has opened a new office in Albuquerque, N.M., and plans to open a second branch in Las Cruces, N.M.
According to the company, 23-year mortgage veteran Iris Guzman will manage the new Albuquerque branch and Kyler Breen will soon lead the Las Cruces branch. Both locations will offer the full range of mortgage products and services.

Per its expansion strategy, Castle & Cooke has opened six new branches this year alone and plans to have locations in 48 states by the end of 2016.
