Castle & Cooke Mortgage Has Opened 14 New Branches So Far In 2017

Retail lender Castle & Cooke Mortgage reports that it has added 14 new branches across the U.S. so far in 2017, representing a 33% growth rate compared with the end of 2016.

The company has not only exceeded its original expectation of opening 12 branches this year but did so in half the anticipated time. Plus, the company has plans to open several more offices in the coming months.

“The level of growth Castle & Cooke Mortgage has experienced this year is a true testament not only to the hard work and dedication of our staff, but also to the commitment we have to creating the kind of company people want to work for,” says Adam Thorpe, president and chief operating officer of Castle & Cooke Mortgage, in a release. “As our company expands, my goal is to maintain a workplace model where our employees feel heard, valued and supported. Some of our best ideas come from those who have their ears closest to the ground, and as long as we keep listening to our employees and providing them with the tools they need to be successful, I am confident we will continue to grow.”

Last week, the company announced that it had expanded in Southern California with the opening of a new branch in Glendora that will be led by industry veteran Louie Rutnam.

The company also announced in July that it has expanded into Mississippi with the opening of a new branch in Southaven that will be led by industry veteran Tammy D. Kennedy.

This news was preceded by the company’s June announcement that it had opened a new branch in Escondido, Calif., that is being led by industry veteran and San Diego County local Leslie Thomerson.

Also in June, the company announced the opening of a new branch in Reno, Nev., that is being led by industry veteran Jodi Drake.

Also in June, the company announced the opening of a new branch in Cordova, Tenn., that is being led by industry veteran John Brawner.

And in late May, the company the opening of its first branch in Missouri, located in St. Louis, that is being led by industry veteran and St. Louis native Jeff Mikel.

These are just some of the recent branch openings announced by the fast growing company so far this year.
