The hotel group of CBRE Capital Markets has added a debt and equity finance team to its practice.
Leveraging off the existing debt and equity finance group within CBRE Capital Markets but focusing solely on the needs of hotel investors, the newly established CBRE Hotels debt and equity finance team is a national practice that will fall under the leadership of Kevin Mallory, senior managing director of CBRE Hotels.
Other team members include Jonathan Rice of CBRE Hotels and Stan Kozlowski and Gavin Davis, formerly of Forestpark Capital Advisors. ‘With the addition of Gavin Davis and Stan Kozlowski, we look to complement our international practice by expanding upon the nearly $3 billion in debt and equity financing CBRE Hotels completed over the last two years,’ states Mallory.
Rice will continue to operate from the CBRE Atlanta office, while Davis and Kozlowski will work from CBRE's San Diego office. In 2007, CBRE Hotels sourced over 40 deals ranging from $3.3 million to $380 million, the company notes.
