x-based CCG Catalyst, which provides strategic guidance for banks, credit unions, mortgage lenders and other financial organizations, has launched a series of new review services – an objective initiative aimed to reveal financial institutions' operational health in five areas. The offerings include contract reviews, operational reviews, technology reviews, revenue enhancement reviews and branch network reviews. "Our review services initiative delivers a short-term, instant impact to a financial institution's bottom line by identifying key optimization opportunities and recommended solutions before they commit to a project," says Paul Schaus, president of CCG Catalyst. In reviewing contracts, CCG Catalyst will provide information on vendor contract terms, service levels, costs and best practices. Operational reviews will analyze internal workflows, documented procedures, processing requirements and technology solutions. Once the analysis is complete, CCG Catalyst will identify and prioritize the top two return-on-investment opportunities and provide recommended improvements to operations, the company says. CCG Catalyst also offers monitoring of lenders' technology strategy plans, technology/business alignment, technology governance policies and technology costs. For revenue enhancement reviews, the company will analyze how lenders generate revenue, taking into account philosophies and short/long-term strategies, products, clients and marketplace, systems and processing environment, and regulatory environment. Branch network reviews analyze branch network market-share data, branch sales and transaction activity, and other branch-related information. The analysis includes a competitive profile, internal benchmarking report, potential branch optimizing opportunities and a summary assessment of branch network information capabilities, CCG Catalyst says.
