Greenville, S.C.-based CertusBank has announced its agreement to purchase Resource Financial Services Inc. of Columbia, S.C., an independently owned mortgage company.
Founded in 2008, Resource Financial has eight locations serving customers in five states. Wade Douroux, president and CEO at Resource Financial, will continue to manage his team from their company's existing locations.
