PNC Mortgage, a division of PNC Bank NA, has named E. Todd Chamberlain CEO. Chamberlain, who joined PNC Mortgage in 2011 as president and chief operating officer, will replace Saiyid T. Naqvi, who will leave the company at the end of April.
Before joining PNC Mortgage, Chamberlain served as executive vice president of Regions Financial Corp. and managing executive of Regions' residential mortgage division.

Demchak. ‘He has the skill and experience to build upon the work of Sy Naqvi, who successfully repositioned PNC's nationwide residential mortgage business after we acquired coast-to-coast origination capability with the National City purchase in late 2008.’
